The accepted posters will be available on display on ePoster Terminals continuously throughout the congress.

Time Zone
The ESES Congress will officially run on Central European Summer Time (CEST)

Language
The official language will be English. All abstract submissions and presentations should be in English.

Weather
Rome weather in May is very warm and sunny. There are around seven rainy days spread over the month. Showers are usually very short and light. Temperatures range from 13°C to 24°C. You can expect 12 hours of sunshine per day.

TAXI, UBER, Rent a car with a driver
Taxis are white and can be recognized by the sign “TAXI” on the car’s top, the name of the company they work for on the front door of the vehicle plus the ID licence number on the inside of the car’s back door. For all destinations, the price will be indicated by the taximeter, to which the baggage fee must be added.

Participants are recommended to wear business casual for the Social Dinner.

The Congress Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to the private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
