IMPORTANT: Courses have limited participants and places will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. You should register for the Congress to take part in the Courses.

Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer please send a copy of the transfer slip to within 3 days.
Note: to benefit from the early bird and late registration, payment must be received before the deadlines.

Cancellation Policy and Name Changes

     All cancellations must be sent in writing to and will be subject to the following penalties:         
Up to March 4 100% refund
From March 5 to April 10 50% refund
After April 10 No refund
    Name changes will be accepted until May 1st. Requests should be sent in writing to
