          enrolment in the registration process.

The Congress registration fee includes:

  • Admission to congress scientific sessions, exhibition and poster areas
  • Certificate of Attendance
  • Coffee breaks  and lunches
  • Welcome Reception on Thursday, 23 May

The Pre-Congress Courses registration fee includes:

  • Admission to course
  • Course Certificate of Attendance

IMPORTANT: Courses have limited participants and places will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. You should register for the Congress to take part in the Courses.

Live-Surgery Meeting registration includes:

  • Attendance at the Meeting
  • Course Certificate of Attendance
  • Coffee, tea and lunch (22 May)

Payment

Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer please send a copy of the transfer slip to info@eses2024.org within 3 days.
Note: to benefit from the early bird and late registration, payment must be received before the deadlines.


Cancellation Policy and Name Changes

     All cancellations must be sent in writing to info@eses2024.org and will be subject to the following penalties:         
Up to March 4 100% refund
From March 5 to April 10 50% refund
After April 10 No refund
    Name changes will be accepted until May 1st. Requests should be sent in writing to info@eses2024.org

 

VISA

No European and Schengen citizens may need to secure a visa before travelling to Italy.  Visas must be requested at the Italian Embassy or Consulate in your country of long-term residence presenting an invitation letter you can ask for to info@eses.2024.org. We recommend you contact the Italian Consulate as soon as you decide to attend the OR Global Symposium as obtaining Visa usually takes a long time. An official personalised invitation letter will be provided upon request to registered participants by the Organising Secretariat (info@eses2024.org) as part of the registration procedure. This invitation is prepared solely for visa applications. It is not a commitment on the part of the organisers to provide any financial support or confirmation of inclusion in the Scientific Programme.
